Toddler Tip: Post-Its Are A Diaper Bag Must Have

Our Twigtale expert Allison LaTona recently shared an amazing tip with me.  You know those automatic flushing toilets in public restrooms?  The ones that flush randomly and scare the heck out of your toddler while you are trying to help them use the potty?  Post-its.  That's right - carry post-its in your purse or diaper bag.  When you enter the stall, put a post-it over the sensor.  That way it won't flush until your child is done and you remove the post-it.  This tip is especially relevant for toddlers who are extra-sensitive to loud and/or sudden noises. Genius.  I wish I had invented post-its. . .
